英文摘要：

Adipose tissue produces and secretes dozens of factors that participate in energy metabolism of adipose tissue itself and the whole body either in an auto/ paracrine or an endocrine fashion, and that may be involved in obesity - associated metabolic syndrome（MS）. Therefore, an elucidation of the physiological role of the factors released from adipose tissue could help to get a better understanding of adipogenesis mechanism. In this paper, the functional characters and effects of some factors secreted from adipose tissue on adipogenesis, such as interleukin -6, tumor necrosis factor - a, plasminogen activator inhibitor - 1, angiotensin Ⅱ and resistin, are elucidated.
