Obesity is now a global epidemic which seriously threatens the peoples＇ health. People has paid much attention to the pigs as it can be used to be the animal model of obesity. A series of factors, such as carbohydrates, proteins, hormone and so on, which regulate lipogenesis in pig adipocyte were reviewed in this paper. We hope it can provide some help for precaution and curing the disease which threatens human health.
