英文摘要：

Purpose： To search the application of the seed piont selecting method of SPMVIF in medical images processing. Meterials and Methods： This paper proposes a quadtree seed strategy based on controlling segmentation layer, and indicates the validity of the SPMVIF segmentation detecting method through the processing of medulla cell images. Results： This strategy had some characteristics, such as precision orientation,quick speed of searching and small dependence on selection of parameter of the whole algorithm executed effect. Conclusion： This proposition has guidance meanings to seed strategy to some extent.
