目的对黑龙江省垦区社区卫生服务发展现况及问题进行调研,探讨研究社区卫生服务人员能力的现状及其影响因素。方法选取黑龙江省北安管理局社区卫生服务中心工作人员为调查对象,采用χ2检验与多因素Logistic回归分析筛选影响工作能力的因素。结果社区卫生服务人员自评个人总体工作能力时,有近一半人认为其总体工作能力较差。多因素分析结果显示,参加卫生工作年限、第1学历专业、工作量满意度、培训是否能够满足工作需要是社区卫生服务工作人员影响工作能力的重要因素。其中,工作量满意度是影响其工作能力的首要原因,其OR值为3.215;其次为培训是否能够满足工作需要(OR=2.790)。结论应通过完善政策体制,加强基层人才的引进,提高社区卫生服务工作人员素质及专业水平,丰富员工工作内容,合理确定个人工作角色和工作量,提高员工薪酬水平及福利待遇,创造良好工作环境,营造良好的个人职业发展氛围,以提高员工个人工作能力,促进其个人发展。
Objectives To investigate the current situation and problems of community health services(CHS)in Heilongjiang reclamation area,and explore various factors which influenced community health personnel's work ability.Methods Worker from CHS center of Beian administration were selected for the survey.Chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis were used for screening the influence factors of work ability.Results In self-evaluation,half of the employees considered that their work ability was poor.Multivariate analysis showed that working years,professional of the first educational background,work load and whether the training can meet the working requirement were the key factor affecting their work ability.Work load is the primary factor(OR=3.215),followed by whether the training can meet the working requirement(OR=2.790).Conclusions The government should improve policies and strengthen talent introduction.Enhance CHS personnel's qualities and professional level and enrich their contents of work.The CHS center should determine the individual work roles and workload,improve the level of employee compensation and benefits,create a positive work environment and build favorable personal career development atmosphere,in order to improve the personal ability to work and promote their personal development.
