The paper discuss the upper bound of the distribution of the partial sums of identically distributed mixing random variables. By the mean's inequality and truncated method,the upper bound of the distribution of the partial sums is given. As its application, the sufficient condition of the existence of mean of maximal function is given,which are same as that in the independent case.
