在新疆巴音郭楞蒙古自治州水利管理处国家重点灌溉试验站,利用LCpro+全自动便携式光合仪对覆膜沟灌条件下的棉花光合作用进行系统监测,来分析南疆地区棉花叶片水分利用效率的影响因素,为提高棉花叶片水分利用效率提供科学依据。分析结果显示:棉花叶片水分利用效率的影响因素主要有棉叶温度、气孔导度及胞间CO2浓度,其中气孔导度与棉叶水分利用效率呈显著正相关,而棉叶温度和胞间CO2浓度与其呈显著负相关。因此,可通过降低棉叶温度,提高气孔导度,减小胞间CO2浓度等措施来提高棉叶水分利用效率。

英文摘要:

In order to search for the measures to promote the water use efficiency of cotton, some influence factors to the water use efficiency of cotton leaf was analyzed based on the photosynthesis data measured by LCpro + portable automatic photosynthetic apparatus in an experimental field in Southern Xinjiang. The results showed that the water use efficiency of cotton leaf was mainly affected by the temperature of cotton leaf, stomata1 conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration. There was a significant positive correlation between water use efficiency of cotton leaf and stomatal conductance, but the water use efficiency of cotton leaf was negatively related to temperature of cotton leaf and intercellular CO2 concentration. Hence, the water use efficiency of cotton leaf can be promoted by reducing the temperature of cotton leaf, the intercellular CO2 concentration and increasing the stomatal conductance.
