笔者运用系统估计方法对中国高技术产业竞争结构和企业学习能力与技术战略选择间的关系进行实证检验。结果表明：（1）FDI流入所引起的市场竞争结构变化对内资企业技术战略选择有直接影响;（2）学习能力对内部研发战略产生正向直接影响,学习能力强的企业更倾向于选择进行内部研发;（3）学习能力对竞争结构与技术外购战略间关系存在负向调节作用。

英文摘要：

using an industry-level analysis of Chinese high-tech industries over the period of 1995--2012, we introduced system estimation to examine how foreign competition and learning skill affect technology strategy cat- egories in emerging economy. The empirical results show that foreign competition is negatively associated with the intensity of buy activity, but positively affects the intensity of make activity. Further, the positive contribution of learning skill is more associated with make activity. Finally, the findings show that learning skill weakens the impact of foreign competitive pressure on the intensity of buy activity.
