In this study, from the company level, pay attention to firms' innovation performance, using data from the National Bureau of statistics, exploratory factor analysis to extract total of 8 latent variables: the internal innovation information, firms' external innovation information and independent third party information and proactive and responsive market orientation, market share performance, industry performance and public acceptance of performance, and proved to have different elfects on the innovation performance of different information sources of enterprise, market orientation plays a regulatory role in the information source and innovation performance
