小水电优化调度常以发电量最大为目标,不考虑下游生态需水,为了满足小水电生态调度需求,本文提出了以控制水位和弃水最小为目标的小水电优化调度数学模型,并将文化算法应用于求解数学模型。算法中种群空间全局搜索采用改进遗传算法,文化空间对其的影响采用自适应粒子群优化算法。通过实例仿真比较分析了三个不同目标和不同流量约束边界的模型,验证了本文提出的模型和文化算法用于小水电优化问题的可行性和有效性。
A mathematic model with its optimal scheduling objective of achieving maximum power output does not meet the environmental and ecological demands.The paper gives a thorough research on various optimal scheduling mathematic models for small hydro plant.An optimal scheduling mathematic model with controlled reservoir level and minimum surplus as its objectives is proposed.The environmental and ecological functions of small hydro are taken into consideration in this model.It studies the optimal scheduling of small hydro plant based on Cultural Algorithm(CA),which characterized by co-evolution and co-promotion of the population space and belief space.An improved GA is used to represent the population space and a APSO algorithm to deal with the local variation as belief space governing population space.The optimal scheduling results delivered by different mathematic models are analyzed by utilizing CA.It is showed that the CA and the developed model are effective.
