学习环境是能够促进学习者发展的各种支持性条件的统合。数字化场馆是开展非正式学习的重要环境,是提升全民科学文化素养的社会文化服务机构。本研究以"面向对象的概念模型"为分析理论依据,借鉴并整合已有学习环境特征要素调查工具,设计了包含八个要素的调查问卷,以探究杭州市民对场馆功能的了解、学习的形式以及对数字化场馆环境特征要素的关注度等。研究结论及后续建议将有助于场馆教育部门改善服务参观者的学习支持条件,帮助参观者认识场馆功能,并有效利用场馆学习资源提升自身科学文化素养,也为从事场馆教育的学者提供新的研究视角。
Learning environment is the integration of various supporting factors that promote learners ' development.Digital museum is one of the most important learning environments where informal science learning was carried out,and is one of the most important social education institutions that help enhance National science literacy. " Object-Oriented Conceptual Model" of museum context is the theoretical foundation of this research. By integrating characteristic factors of learning environments from three literatures,we have designed a preference survey instrument toward the characteristic factors of digital museum learning environments,which consist of three dimensions( learner,learning context and learning objects) described by eight characteristic factors. For example,learners' cognitive was described by three factors( inquiry learning,reflective thinking,and negotiation),learning context was described by two factors( free choice and easy to visit),learning objects was described by three factors( multiple resource,relation and interactive). Taking Hangzhou as an example,we have analyzed citizens' understanding of museum education function,the form of visiting learning,and preference attitude of the eight characteristic factors about digital museum learning environments.
