从系统工程的角度,建立城镇河道“美丽指数”评价模型,从水体保护、生态建设、景观美学、水文化建设和社会服务功能5个方面选择指标,采用德尔菲法,进行定性与定量分析.以曹娥江上虞段为例,进行“美丽指数”的实地调研和综合计算,验证评价模型的可行性,并建议浙江开展系统的城镇河道“美丽指数”评价.
英文摘要：
From the view of system engineering, the “Beauty Index” evaluation model for urban river has been established by Delphi method, including water protection, ecological construction, landscape aesthetics, water culture and social service function, which can be evaluated by qualitative and quantitative analysis for urban rivers. Taking Shangyu Section of Caoe River for example, the “ Beauty Index” has been investigated and comprehensively calculated. The results indicate that the “Beauty Index” evaluation model for urban river is feasibility and worth of being generalized.
