以自制水溶性羽毛角蛋白粉为主要原料,经氧化,添加增塑剂甘油、交联剂戊二醛,按照一定比例与聚乙烯醇(Polyvinly alcohol,PVA)混合,制备出羽毛角蛋白/聚乙烯醇复合膜材料,并利用红外吸收光谱表征了角蛋白复合膜的结构;采用阳离子交换量及最大吸水率对其性能进行了测试.结果表明,氧化羽毛角蛋白与聚乙烯醇能很好地交联在一起,当蛋白质含量达到4.8 mg/mL时阳离子交换量最大,质量分数7.5%的PVA复合膜具有良好的吸水性及优良的温度敏感性.
With water-soluble oxidaed feather keratin as a main raw material,quantity of glycerol(as plasticizer) and glutaraldehyde(as cross-linking agent)were added and mixed with poly vinyl alcohol to prepare the feather keratin/poly vinyl alcohol composite film.The structure of composite film was investigated through FTIR,and the properties of composite film were tested by cation exchange capacity and the maximum water absorption.It was found that oxidation feather keratin could blend well with poly vinyl alcohol,the maximum cation exchange capacity obtained when the keratin content was at 4.8 mg/mL,and 7.5% PVA composite film had good water absorption and excellent ther-seneitive.
