南京地区2003-2014年麻疹发病与运气学说的相关性研究

基于运气学说对中运、主气、司天、在泉与疾病的相关认识,收集整理2003-2014年南京市疾病预防控制中心提供的麻疹发病资料,计算各时发病率均值,采用卡方检验进行统计分析。发现麻疹的发病,在不同中运时段,以金运不及之乙年最高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);在主气六气时段,以二之气时最高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);在不同司天时段,以阳明燥金司天最高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);在不同在泉时段,以少阴君火在泉最高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。认为南京地区麻疹的发病情况与运气各时段有一定的差异性,运气学说对于分析麻疹的发病有着不可忽视的价值,对于外感病和疫病的预测及治疗有重要的意义。

英文摘要:

Based on the theory of Five Circuits Six qi about the Zhongyun,dominant qi,celestial control and terrestrial effect are connected with morbidity of disease,through analysis of the data about Measles morbidity from Nanjing Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention during 2003-2014.Calculate the mean morbidity of different periods,and take chi-square test to statistical analysis.The mean morbidity of Measles,in different Zhongyun periods,the Jin-less year was the highest,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05);in different dominant qi periods,the Second-qi period was the highest,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05);in celestial control periods,the dryness transformation of yang brightness period was the highest,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05);Of all terrestrial effect periods,measle cases percentage in the Shaoyinjunhuo duration was the most statistically significant(P〈0.05).The mean morbidity of Measles has a certain difference in each period.Therefore,the theory of Five Circuits and Six qi has assignable value and influence on analysis of measles.It is beneficial to the prediction and treatment of exogenous disease and infectious diseases in Nanjing.
