目的探讨Endoglin mRNA在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中表达的差异及其意义。方法采用半定量RT-PCR方法测定卵巢囊腺瘤和卵巢癌组织中的Endoglin mRNA表达。结果Endoglin mRNA在卵巢癌和卵巢囊腺瘤组织中均有表达,但卵巢癌组织中Endoglin mRNA表达水平明显高于卵巢囊腺瘤,其差异有统计学意义,病理Ⅲ级明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ级。结论卵巢上皮性肿瘤无论良性或恶性,均有Endoglin mRNA表达,但Endoglin mRNA在卵巢癌组织中表达水平与卵巢囊腺瘤相比明显增高。Endoglin在卵巢癌组织中表达随着肿瘤的分化程度下降而上调,Endoglin基因在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达与肿瘤的恶性程度成正比,因而Endoglin可能与卵巢上皮肿瘤细胞恶化密切相关。
Objective To study the expressions of Endoglin(CD105) gene in different ovarian epithelial tumor. Methods Reverse transcrip tion-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) was employed to detect the expression of ENDOGLIN mRNA in tissues from ovarian cystadenorna and ovarian malignant tumor. Results The difference in ENDOGLIN mRNA expressions between benign and malignant was significant(P〈0.01), and the expression was significantly higher at the tumor periphery than at the tumor center(P〈0.05). Pathological grade Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of grade I . Conclusion Whether ovarian malignant tumor or ovarian cystadenoma all have Endoglin mRNA expression. However, ovarian cancer Endoglin mRNA expression level was significantly increased compared to ovarian cystadenomao the expressions of Endoglin increases in ovarian cancer tissues with the decline of differentiation . Endoglin gene in epithelial ovarian carcinoma is proportional to the degree of malignancy of the tumor. ENDOGLIN over-expression may play a crucial role in the progression and metastasis of ovarian malignant tumor.
