This paper analyzes the government＇s supply action to the rural water infrastructure facilities by adopting the method of cost-income and uses the ordinal utility theory to analyze the need of rural residents for the rural water infrastructure facilities,then provides a supply-demand equilibrium model.There＇s a huge gap between the government＇s supply to the rural water infrastructure facilities and the needs of rural residents,it doesn＇t reach an equilibrium between supply and demand.According to the disequilibrium of supply and demand of the rural water infrastructure facilities,this study provides some relevant policy recommendations to the promotion of the rural water infrastructure facilities balance between supply and demand.
