详细描述了柴油机燃油喷雾领域的国内外研究现状,并在此基础上分析了柴油机燃油喷雾领域中面临的几个关键问题——柴油喷雾的可视化测试技术研究、柴油喷雾中的空气卷吸运动分析、CFD喷雾模型的持续完善,这些关键问题的解决也预示着对柴油机燃油喷雾的更深一步的认识,同时比较分析了研究喷雾特性的实验设备,指出设计更加类似柴油机真实工作环境的光学设备是深入理解柴油机缸内过程的关键。
This paper describes the development in the field of diesel engine fuel spray research clearly.Based on this premise,several key problems in this field are analyzed,including Spray visualization Test Technology,the characteristics of diesel engine fuel spray in the air entrainment motion analysis,CFD model of continuous improvement spray,experimental device upgrade of spray research.By solving these key problems we can have a deeper understanding of diesel engine fuel spray.A comparative analysis of spray characteristics of laboratory equipment was also made.By doing this we can point out that to design an optical device whose working condition is more similar to the diesel engine's real working environment is the key of a deep understanding of the cylinder process in diesel engine.
