信息化从最初的取代手工操作工具发展成为企业竞争优势的源泉,离不开IT部门角色的充分发挥。本文以珠江啤酒集团为案例研究对象,运用单案例研究方法,探索信息化过程中IT部门角色的演化过程和发展路径。研究发现,在竞争战略与IT战略相互适配和协同演化的过程中,IT部门通过与企业高层、首席信息官的循环互动将自身角色从技术层面推向战略层面。本文总结了IT部门角色演化的过程模型和动态机制,期望对企业成功利用信息系统获取竞争优势有所启发。
With its deep application,information technology has developed from the alternative device of manual labor to the source of competitive advantages for a company.Informationization achievements are inseparable from the roles of IT department.Taking the Pearl River Beer Group as the research subject,this case study explores the process and path of the evolution of IT department roles in the context of informationization.It finds that IT department roles change from operational level to strategic level by interacting with top managers and CIO in the process of business strategy-IT strategy alignment.This paper summarizes the process model and dynamic mechanism of IT department roles evolution,which will provide enlightenment to the informationization construction of enterprises.
