针对陶瓷烧成生产过程的复杂性,本文提出一种基于预测函数控制的陶瓷烧成温度控制策略。根据陶瓷烧成窑炉数学模型,首先阐述陶瓷烧成温度预测函数控制的原理及应用,并给出陶瓷烧成温度预测函数控制方案;然后进行闭环系统性能分析;最后对模型进行仿真实现。仿真结果表明,该控制方法具有计算量小、跟踪误差小、抗干扰能力强等优点。
For the complexity of ceramic firing production process, a control strategy of the ceramic firing temperature is proposed based on predictive functional control. According to the mathematical model of ceramic firing kiln, we first expound the principles and applications of ceramic firing temperature predictive function control, and give the ceramic sintering temperature predictive function control scheme. Then the closed-loop system performance analysis is taken. Finally we realized the model simulation. The results show that the control method has a small amount of calculation, small tracking error, strong anti-interference ability and so on.
