回顾了植物组织再生技术相关的培养条件和外植体的研究结果，通过本实验室的研究结果提出了马铃薯茎段培养的技术要点及相关参数，其中包括外植体处理、培养基、外源激素、光照及温度条件、试管苗移栽的各个步骤。研究结果不仅可应用于植物生物技术研究，同时可应用于马铃薯试管苗扩大生产。

英文摘要：

Studies involving in culture condition and explants of plant tissue culture were reviewed in this paper. In terms of experiments in our lab, parameter and key points in culturing in vitro of potato stem cuttings were put forward, including treatments of explants, cul- ture medium, external hormones, and conditions of light and temperature as well as tube plantlets transplanting. The parameter and points can be used not only in biotechnology study of plant, but also in amplification production of tuber plantlets.
