鉴于转体施工对于复杂地形条件下拱桥建设的优势,介绍了对某上承式钢筋混凝土箱形拱桥的转体施工方案,并对转盘的制作、上转盘及背墙的施工、临时配重施工、临时配重的稳定性验算、张拉脱架、形成转动体系、顶推转体、合龙施工、主拱箱施工等主要施工工序和难点进行了详细的阐述,表明施工控制技术的可行性,解决了大跨度拱桥跨越河流的施工难题,为今后同类桥梁转体施工提供了借鉴。
Since the rotation construction has advantages in building bridges in complicated terrain, the project profile and the design of construction scheme and construction procedures including the fabrication of turntable, construction of upper turntable and back wall, temporary balancing and stability verification, tension for framework removal, formation of rotation system, pushing, closure and main arch box construction were expounded to prove the feasibility of the control technology. The construction difficulties in crossing rivers have been solved, which provides reference for the rotation construction of large-span arch bridges.
