随着IEEE 1547—2003标准的出台,分布式发电(DG)孤岛运行成为关注的热点。针对系统故障后DG与系统解列形成的孤岛运行的特点,结合DG并网运行时配电网保护与控制的现状,根据电力系统相关理论并采用PSCAD仿真方法,研究了短时间断供电及不间断供电2种孤岛运行的模式和DG形成孤岛需要满足的条件,以及不同容量的DG暂态失稳对孤岛运行的影响,提出了实现孤岛运行所要采取的与保护和控制相关的措施,据此得出短时间断供电形成的孤岛运行是目前可行的模式。
With the introduction of IEEE 1547--2003 standard, the islanding operation of distributed generation (DG) is becoming more and more concerned in the electrical industry. Considering the characteristics of islanding operation when DG runs out from system after failures, and combined with the protection and control status of distributed network which connected with DG, the theoretical analysis of power system and PSCAD simulation methods are used to study two islanding operation modes, i.e., the short-interval power supply mode and the no-interval power supply mode. The required conditions of DG to form an island, and the impact of transient instability with different capacity of DG on the islanding operation are analyzed as well. Some related measures of control and protection are put forward for the implementation of islanding operation. A conclusion is finally obtained that the islanding operation formed by the short-interval power supply mode is currently a feasible mode.
