英文摘要：
The adsorption property for bilirubin of the IE701 ion exchange resin prepared in our laboratory was investigated. The ratio of equilibrium adsorption of IE701 resins at 25℃ for free bilirubin and human serum albumin combined bilirubin were 97.1% and 86.4 %, and the imported product MARS IE250 ion exchanger resin were 96.3 % and 91.3 %.
