使用ANSYS Workbench对高铁轴承疲劳寿命试验台的关键零部件进行有限元分析。首先,介绍了试验台的设计参数,并使用UG软件对试验台建模以便对试验台的整体结构进行介绍。其次,对整个试验台工况最恶劣的载荷体、主轴底座进行静态结构分析以及对主轴进行静态结构和模态分析。最后,对以上结果进行分析比较并总结,分析结果均符合设计要求。试验台经过安装调试及性能测试分析,各项性能满足设计要求,试验台正常运行,工作可靠。
In this paper,the primary content is using ANSYS Workbench to carry out the finite element analysis of the key parts of the high speed rail bearing fatigue life test rig.First of all,the design parameters of the test rig are introduced,the test rig is modeled by UG.Secondly,the static structure analysis is carried out for the worst working parts of the whole test rig such as load body,the spindle base and the spindle,and the model analysis is carried out for the spindle.Finally,the results of the analysis are summarized,which are in accordance with the design requirements.
