为了研究滞育持续期对草地螟(Loxostege sticticalis L.)滞育解除后蛹生长发育的影响,本试验以非滞育幼虫发育而来的蛹作对照,观察了从5种滞育持续期(2、4、6、8、10个月)条件下发育而来的蛹生长发育和存活情况。结果表明:不同处理间草地螟蛹重、化蛹前期、蛹期和蛹的存活率均差异显著。其中,非滞育幼虫发育而来的蛹最重,显著高于其他滞育持续期的,但不同滞育持续期的幼虫发育而来的蛹重差异不显著;所有经过滞育的化蛹前期均显著延长,其中以滞育2个月幼虫解除后的最长(14.78d),其余处理随滞育持续期的延长,化蛹前期显著延长;所有经过滞育的幼虫滞育后蛹期均显著延长,其中以滞育2个月和6个月幼虫发育来的蛹期最长,滞育4、8、10个月幼虫发育而来的蛹期差异不显著;随着滞育时间的延长,蛹的存活率显著降低。
To determine effects of diapause duration on the growth and development of post-diapause pupae of Loxostege sticticalis, pupal weight, post-diapause developmental time of pre-pupae and pupae and pupal survival rate were investigated originating from different diapause periods of 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 months and non-diapause lar- vae under the controlled laboratory conditions. The results showed that the weight of pupae originated from non- diapause larvae was the highest and significantly higher than that from diapause larvae, while weight of pupae originated from different diapause duration of 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 months larvae showed no significant difference. The developmental time of pre-pupae and pupae of post-diapause development was significantly longer than that of non-diapause individuals. Pre-pupal period of post-diapause individuals with a short diapause of 2 moths was the longest. The pupal period of post-diapause individuals with diapause duration of 2 and 6 months was significantly longer than that with diapause duration of 4, 8 and 10 months. The survival rate of post-diapause pupae was sig- nificantly lower than that of non-diapause individuals, indicating that longer diapause duration has negative effect on pupal survival.
