织物的引燃性能在不同环境下会有所不同,纯氧环境中较小能量的静电放电可能使织物燃烧而引起火灾。为研究织物的防静电性能,设计了高压纯氧环境静电引燃性测试装置,并测试性研究了纯氧环境下的静电放电的引燃性,分析了纯棉织物静电放电引燃性测试中的影响因素氧气压力和编制工艺。3种纯棉织物引燃性的对比得出最易点燃的纯棉制品为纯棉手套,采用Bruceton法求得的纯棉手套在纯氧环境下最小点火能为106.4mJ。实验研究得出的结果是织物的静电放电引燃性最低能量一最小点火能随氧气压力的升高而降低且与织物的辅助材料密切相关。
In order to study the anti-static characteristic of the textile, we test the electrostatic ignition character of cotton textile which is took for an example of textile. A special device is designed for electrostatic ignition test under high pressure pure oxygen environment according to the IEC electrostatic test standard. The oxygen pressure and weave arts which can affect the electrostatic ignition character of cotton textile are analyzed, and the test correlatives were used to measure the influence to the electrostatic ignition character. Thereby, the most sensitive condition to calculate the minimum ignition energy is obtained. The test measures are taken to contrast the ignition character of three cotton textiles (underclothes, socks, and glove), get the easiest burn textile which is cotton glove. The Bruceton method is used to test the minimum ignition energy of cotton glove under the pure oxygen condition. The conclusion is drawn that the test the minimum ignition energy of textile would be lower when the oxygen presser is higher, and the minimum ignition energy is correlated with the mixed material closely.
