Holmium laser enucleation of prostate （HoLEP） is the most famous transurethral enucleation operation.It has good safety,efficacy and lower recurrence rate.But the learning curve of tri-lobe method of HoLEP was much longer and prolonged the master time of urologists.However,the modified tunnel method combined with reversed push method greatly shorten the learning curve and played an important role for the promotion of the this operation.
