对能够专一脱除二苯并噻吩(DBT)中硫元素的Gordoniasp.WQ-01A茵株进行固定化,研究其脱硫性能,考察了最佳固定化条件,对比了水相中固定化细胞和静息细胞的脱硫性能。结果表明,最佳固定条件组合为海藻酸钠质量分数49/6,茵体湿重与载体溶液体积比1:20,氯化钙质量分数3%,4℃充分交联。固定化细胞脱硫率可达97.6%,比静息细胞的脱硫率提高44个百分点,且重复使用性能和使用寿命大大高于静息细胞。此外,在发酵罐中,固定化细胞在模拟油水两相中具有良好的脱硫效果。
Immolibization and biodesulfurization characteristics of Gordonia sp. WQ-01A were studied. The effects of immobilization conditions on biodesulfurization characteristics were investigated and the optimum operation immobilization temperature is 4 ℃ with 4wt% sodium alginate, the ratio of 1 : 20 [ cells (g) to SA (mL)] and 3wt% CaCl2. The results showed that immobilizaed cells showed better biodesulfurization characteristics than resting cells, and both reuse and lifespan performances of immobilized cells are better than those of resting cells. Furthermore, immobilized cells show good biodesulfurization characteristics in the oil-water-model system in fermenter.
