实际电网编制月度电能交易计划采用的平均分解方式,虽然简便易行,但考虑的因素不够全面。文章提出一种基于综合成本的加权系数法。该方法首先根据已过月份年合同电量执行情况及后续月份发电单元检修与系统负荷分布情况,对计划月份进行年合同电量月分解值的滚动修正;其次根据发电公司、电网公司和社会环境等因素形成的综合成本指标,考虑年合同电量月滚动修正值和负荷率范围,求得不同发电单元分配系统月度电量的权重系数,从而制定各发电单元的月度电能交易计划。计划结果既满足发电单元月发电总量约束,又兼顾了当月检修与负荷分布情况,同时适当降低了系统的综合成本。算例分析结果表明了该方法的合理性和有效性。

英文摘要:

The average decomposition method used in actual power networks to draft monthly electric energy transaction schedules is simple and easy to do, however the factors considered in this method is not comprehensive. In this paper, a weight coefficient method based on integrative cost is proposed. Firstly, according to the implementation of annual contract electricity quantity in past months, the maintenance schedule of generation units and the distribution factors of system load, the proposed method rotationally corrects the monthly decomposition value of annual contract electricity quantity in the scheduled month; then according to the integrative cost index formed by the factors such as power generation company, power grid company and social environment, considering the range of both monthly rotational correction value of annual contact electricity quantity and load rate, the weight coefficients to allocate monthly electric quantity among different generation units are solved, thus the monthly electric energy transaction schedule of each generation unit is drawn up. The result of the schedule not only can satisfy the constraint of monthly total generated energy of units, but also consider both maintenance schedule and load distribution factor in the very month, meanwhile properly decrease the integrative cost of power system. Results of calculation example show that the proposed method is rational and effective.
