如何正确和简便地计算电力转运业务引起的电能损失,关系到转运各方的经济利益和费用结算的实际可操作性。提出一种利用电气剖分信息和函数逼近方式估算转运电能损失的方法。在对转运功率进行电力网络源流路径分析的基础上,推导了转运功率损耗的理论计算式。首先以理论计算式求得不同转运功率时引起的功率损耗值,作为函数逼近的已知数值输出解;其次选择对转运功率损耗影响较大的特征物理量作为函数逼近的输入解,并构造转运功率损耗逼近函数;由此函数快速求得不同典型运行方式下的功率损耗值,并考虑能量损失计算时窗范围内不同典型运行方式占有的时间密度,从而快速估计出一定时期内转运电能损失的大小。算例结果表明,该方法简便、精度较高,具有较好的操作性。

How to calculate the electric energy loss due to power wheeling business correctly and conveniently concerns to practical operability for economic benefit and expenditure settlement of all parties taking part in the power wheeling. In this paper a method to assess electric energy loss due to power wheeling by use of electrical dissection information and approximation of function is proposed. Based on the source-flow path analysis of wheeling power in power network, a theoretical calculation formula for electric energy loss due to power wheeling is deduced. Firstly, the electric energy loss caused by different wheeling power is calculated by theoretical formula and taking the calculation results as the known numerical solution of function approximation; then selecting the characteristic physical quantities, which obviously impact the electric energy loss caused by wheeling power, as the input numerical solution of the function approximation, the approximation function of electric energy loss due to power wheeling is constructed; by use of this approximation function the values of electric energy loss under different typical operation modes are solved, meanwhile the time density occupied by different typical operation modes in the range of time window during the calculation of electric energy loss is considered, thus the quantity of electric energy loss within a certain time period can be fast assessed. Calculation example shows that the proposed method is convenient and accurate and it possesses good operability.
