目的观察针刺对戊四唑诱发癫痫大鼠海马神经元损伤的保护作用。方法将SD大鼠72只随机分为模型组、针刺组、正常组。正常组腹腔注射0.9%氯化钠注射液(2mL)、其余各组腹腔注射戊四唑(50mg/kg).于注射后4h与24h两个时间段取脑组织。分别于光镜下和电镜下观察海马结构改变。结果癫痫发作后4h光镜、电镜均可见大鼠海马神经元损伤,24h后损伤进一步加重;针刺组大鼠海马神经元损伤明显减轻。结论针刺具有明显保护癫痫继发脑神经元损伤作用。
Objective:To observe the protection of acupuncture on hippocampal neurons injury in rats with epilepsy induced by pentylenetetrazoL Methods:72 SD rats were randomly divided into the epilepsy model group, the acupuncture treatment group and the normal group. Rats of normal group were intraperitoneally injected with the 2 mL of normal sodium. The rest of rats were intraperitoneally injected PTZ with 50 mg/kg. At 4 h and 24. h after injection,the 2 time periods of rats brain tissue were observed under microscope and electron microscope to get the message of changes in the hippocampal formation. Results:At 4 h after seizure ,rats hippocampal neurons injury was seen under microscopy and electron microscopy. At 24 h after seizure,the injury was further,hip- poeampal neurons injury was significantly reduced in acupuncture group. Conclusion:Acupuncture has obvious protective effect of epilepsy secondary to neuronal damage.
