When endoplasmic reticulum homeostasis doesn't balance for a long time intensively, endoplasmic reticulum prompts ERS reactive apoptotic path. The series of signal transduction and activation of associated gene is considered a new signal transduction pathway, which provides a new orientation for prevention and treatment of epilepsy in brain injury.
