目的评价老年缺牙患者种植修复的临床效果。方法选取采用种植技术修复牙列缺损的老年缺牙患者40例,共73颗种植体,临床随访3年,统计种植体成功率、检查种植体骨结合和种植体周软组织恢复状况,测量种植体周围边缘骨吸收量,调查患者满意度。结果 71颗种植体修复成功,2颗失败,成功率97.20%。X线片示骨结合良好,术后第1年测得种植体周边缘骨吸收量为(0.65±0.06)mm,术后第2年为(0.67±0.06)mm,术后第3年为(0.67±0.06)mm,均符合种植体成功标准,各组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),即1年后种植体周边缘骨量吸收量趋于稳定。37例患者评价为满意,满意度为92.50%。结论对老年缺牙患者进行种植修复,患者满意度较高,可以获得良好的修复效果。

英文摘要：

Objective To evaluate the clinical features and effect of implant-supported dectures in aged patients with dentition de-fects.Methods Forty elderly patients with dentition defects received a total of 78 dental implants restoration .Follow-up visits were carried our for 1 to 3 years to observe the successful rate of implants restoration ,osseointegration,the recovery of soft tissues,the bone loss of im-plants,and patient satisfaction.Results Dental implant restoration was successful in 71 cases.The successful rate of implants was 92.50%. According to the stomatological X-ray,the bone loss of plants was(0.65 ±0.06)mm in the first year,(0.67 ±0.06)mm in the second year, and(0.67 ±0.06)mm in the third year.The bone loss of implants met the requirements of success ,and there was no statistical significance between the bone loss in three years .Marginal bone loss around oral implants showed stability after the first year .37 patients were satisfied with this treatment.The satisfactory research was 92.50%.Conclusion Dental-supported implants have a clear efficacy during the restora-tion of dentition defect in elderly patients .
