通过对我国煤矿瓦斯抽采中遇到的问题进行分析,指出当前造成瓦斯抽采效果差的主要原因是巷道空气通过煤壁裂隙向钻孔的渗入。结合现场本煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔布置情况,建立数值计算模型。运用FLUENT软件模拟了未喷涂巷道和喷涂巷道两种情况下的瓦斯抽采过程,通过对瓦斯压力变化情况的分析,验证了未喷涂情况下瓦斯向外部涌出以及外部空气向钻孔渗入的现象,对比模拟了理想喷涂情况下瓦斯抽采过程,得出在实际瓦斯抽采工作中,壁面喷涂能够有效减少负压损耗,应当尽一切可能地进行壁面喷涂的结论。
The air infiltrated into the drilled hole from the coal wall fracture, which was pointed out as the main reason for the less efficient of gas drainage by analyzing the gas drainage problems existing in coal mines in China. The numerical calculation model was established via combining the boreholes arrangement in this coal seam. The gas drainage processes in the Sprayed and unsprayed roadways were simulated by FLUENT software. The phenomenon of gas emission and air infiltration under the un-spraying condition were validated based on the analysis of the gas pressure variation. The gas drainage process under the ideal spraying condition was simulated contrastively, and a conclusion was gotten that coal wall spraying could reduce the neg- ative pressure loss effectively for the real gas drainage so that the wall spraying should he done by everything possible.
