通过分析应用穿层钻割一体化后煤体应力变化情况,指出穿层钻割一体化技术是煤层卸压增透的重要手段。利用FLAC软件研究分析了5m和10m两种布孔方式煤体应力变化对整体卸压的影响。研究得出,10m布孔方式与5m相比,虽然卸压强度降低,但是具有卸压范围广,单孔利用率高,有效影响范围大,对开采前期的瓦斯预抽更有价值。在实际应用中,间排距增大到10m后,单孔瓦斯流量提高了3~6倍,预抽时间缩短一半的情况下,即可满足8m3/t的开采条件,保障了煤矿的安全高效的开采。
With the analysis and application of the seam stress variation conditions after the drilling and slotting integration through the seam,the paper pointed out that the drilling and slotting integration technology through the seam would be an important means to release the seam pressure and improve the seam permeability.The FLAC software was applied to study and analyze the seam stress variation with the 5m and 10m borehole layout patterns affected to the completed pressure releasing.The study results showed that in comparison with 5m borehole layout pattern,the 10m borehole layout pattern though would reduce the pressure releasing intensity,but would have a wide pressure releasing scope,a high single borehole availability,a high effective influence scope and a more value to the gas pre-drainage before the mining operation.In the actual practices,when the row space of the boreholes increased to 10m,the gas flow from single borehole would be increased by 3~6 times.Under the condition of the pre-drainage time reduced by 50%,the mining condition with 8m3/t gas emission could be well met and the mine safety and high efficient mining could be ensured.
