目的对手性药物布地奈德差向异构体核磁共振信号进行归属。方法用制备型高效液相色谱纯化(R)-和(S)-布地奈德;利用核磁共振技术分别测定(R)-和(S)-布地奈德的结构。结果得到差向异构体单体(R)-布地奈德和(S)-布地奈德,对二者的核磁共振信号进行了归属,从而确定布地奈德核磁共振各信号的归属。结论依据(R)-和(S)-布地奈德核磁共振数据可将布地奈德核磁共振碳谱和氢谱中的信号进行归属。
Objective To assign the NMR signals of chiral drug budesonide. Methods Preparative HPLC was used to purify the two epimers and NMR techniques were applied to study their structures. Results Their NMR signals were assigned with (R) -budesonide and (S) -budesonide respectively. Conclusions According to the NMR data of 22R-and 22S-budesonide ,the complicated 13C-NMR and 1H-NMR signals of chiral drug budesonide can be interpreted.
