针对光子晶体结构的介质曲面分界面采用了一种高效的共形处理,结合处理三角晶格的平移转换方法,得到了处理二维正方晶格和三角晶格光子晶体带隙计算的高效共形FDFD方法。针对所建FDFD方法的精度和收敛性做了进一步的分析。最后得到了正方晶格和三角晶格的能带图,并与PWM方法计算的结果进行比较;数值结果表明,所提方法的计算结果不仅与PWM方法结果吻合较好,而且计算时间大为降低。
An efficient conformal finite-difference frequency-domain(CFDFD) method is utilized to analyze the band diagrams of two-dimensional photonic crystals with square or triangular lattice.The efficient conformal method is introduced to deal with the curved dielectric interfaces in the unit cell.For the triangular lattice,the hexagonal unit cell is converted into a rectangular one for easier mesh generation.The band diagrams for both square and triangular lattices are obtained and compared with PWM methods.Numerical results show that the proposed CFDFD can almost reach the same accuracy as PWM but with a CPU time reduction.
