综述了近三年来半导体白色发光二极管(WLED)用荧光粉的研究进展。主要从蓝光芯片激发和近紫外光芯片激发的角度分别介绍了红粉、绿粉、黄粉、蓝粉以及单基质白色荧光粉的研究概况,对性能较好的荧光粉作了重点推介,同时也综述了WLED器件的最新进展。指出了目前该领域存在的问题并对其发展趋势作了简要展望。
This paper reviews the new research progress on phosphors for white light-emitting diodes (WLED) over the world in recent years. Red, green, yellow, blue emitting phosphors and white light-emitting phosphors in single matrix excited by blue and near ultraviolet light-emitting semiconductive chips are introduced. Especially, the phosphors with high luminous efficiency, high color rendering index (CRI), low color correlating temperature (CCT) or good color coordinates are emphasized. The progress of WLED performances is also presented. Meanwhile, some problems in this field and a brief prospect of WLED are discussed.
