细胞外囊泡是细胞间信号传递的新方式,在生理或病理条件下皆发挥重要的调节作用。细胞外囊泡根据直径、形态学的不同,可分为外泌体和微囊泡。细胞外囊泡中具有多种内容物,并具有将其内容物传递给受体细胞、调节受体细胞生物学行为的能力,因而受到广泛关注。大量研究表明,细胞外囊泡可促进肿瘤细胞的生长、介导上皮间质转化、增强肿瘤远处转移能力及诱导耐药的作用。此外,细胞外囊泡具有广泛的临床应用前景,在肿瘤的早期诊断、作为核酸药物载体及预测肿瘤治疗预后等方面皆崭露头角,具有独特的临床应用价值。
Extracellular vesicleis a new pattern of intercellular communication,which plays a vital role in physiological and pathological conditions. According to differences in diameter and morphology,EVs can be divided into exosomes and microvesicles. EVsare comprised of various kinds of contents,and can horizontally transfer its contents into recipient cells to regulate its biological behaviors,which attracts wide attention. Mounting researches suggest that EVs can promote tumor cell proliferation,mediate epithelial-mesenchymal transition,enhance the ability of metastasis and induce chemo-insensitivity to drugs. EVs have broad applicant prospects,including early diagnosis of cancer,exploited as vectors of nucleic acid drugs,prediction of outcome of therapy. It has been proved that EVs have unique clinical values.
