目的研究1800MHz电磁波照射对大鼠海马脑片突触长时程增强的影响。方法30只Wistar大鼠随机分为3组(2个实验组,1个对照组)。实验组大鼠在功率密度分别为0.5和1.0mW/cm^2的1800MHz连续电磁场条件下照射;对照组进行虚拟暴露,每天12h,连续21d后,制备脑片并记录相关电位。结果高频刺激后突触后群峰电位(PS)峰幅度或潜伏期,不同组间PS斜率变化和高频刺激后长时程增强(LTP)的发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论本次实验条件下,经过强度1800MHz辐射后,海马脑片LTP无明显变化。
Objective To detect the effects of 1 800 MHz electromagnetic irradiation on hippocampus of rats. Methods Rats were randomly divided into three groups including 2 experimental groups and 1 control. The experimental subjects were irradiated in the 1 800 MHz( continuous wave, CW)electromagnetic fields for 21 days(12h/d), their power density were 0.5 m W/cm^2 and 1.0 mW/cm^2. Meanwhile, shamcontrol was carried out. The effects on hippocampus of rats were observed and detected. Results No significant difference in PS range, change of PS slope and bringing of LTP were observed between exposure group and control group ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion No findings of hippocampal slices induced LTP exists statistically significance between experimental groups and controls.
