随着我国旅游热的兴起，古镇开发也进行得如火如荼，应该如何开发它们充满了一场场博弈。文章以“千年白族村——诺邓”的开发模式为例，并与其它典型古镇开发模式进行比较分析，探讨了在路径选择方面、投入成本方面与利益协调方面的博弈。提出在开发中应强化的对策，包括突出特色性、展现“活”历史、强调教育性等，力求能为今后中国旅游古镇开发提供参考。

With the rise of the tourism industry in China, the development of ancient town has also been listed in the schedule of various planning. There has been broad debate on how to develop the ancient towns. Taking Nuodeng, which is a typical Bai Minority town with more than one thousand history, for example, this paper compares it with the other typical ancient towns, and discusses the games on the following aspects, including route selection, cost investment and benefit coordination. Countermeasures are put forward in this paper to protrude the characteristic feature, to display the live history and to emphasize the educational function. This paper tries to provide some references to the development of ancient town in China.
