应用更新理论和概率母函数(PGF)方法,解决了关于不耐烦顾客和N策略M/HK/1排队系统的优化控制问题,得出了系统平稳状态下顾客队长的PGF和顾客平均等待时间等系统的稳态指标,并分析了系统优化控制的最优参数解.结果表明,该系统模型有利于解决更复杂的管理优化问题.
Based on the renewal theory and PGF techniques,the problem about optimal control of an M/Hk/1queueing system with impatient customer and N-policy was studied.We obtained the PGF of the queue length and the expected waiting time.The solution of the optimal parameter is analyzed.This system is helpful to solving the more complex optimal management problem.
