基于价值网络理论和A-U模型,构建了以价值网络中心性和赶超时机为调节变量的赶超路径对追赶绩效影响的理论模型,并以210家战略性新兴产业企业为例,运用层次回归法对模型进行了实证检验。研究发现:(1)技术突破主导路径和市场突破主导路径对追赶绩效具有显著正向影响。(2)价值网络中心性对技术突破主导路径和追赶绩效具有显著正向调节作用,而对市场突破主导路径和追赶绩效的负向调节作用不显著。(3)赶超时机对技术突破主导路径和追赶绩效具有显著正向调节作用,对市场突破主导路径和追赶绩效具有显著负向调节作用。研究明确了赶超路径发挥效用的具体情境,为后发企业进入战略性新兴产业的赶超路径选择提供了指导。
Based on the value network theory and A-U model, the paper builds a theory framework studying va- lue network centricity and catching-up timing's contingent effect on catching-up paths and performance. The paper conducts empirical tests using the hierarchical regression model with 210 companies' effective questionnaire. Re- suits show that: (1) Technological breakthrough leading path and market breakthrough leading path have signifi- cant positive effect on catching-up performance. (2) Value network centricity has significant positive moderate el- fect on the relationship between technological breakthrough leading path and catching-up performance. The nega- tive moderate effects of value network centricity on the relationship between market breakthrough leading path and catching-up Performance is insignificant. (3) Catching-up timing has significant positive moderate effect on the relationship between technological breakthrough leading path and catching-up performance. Catching-up timing has significant negative moderate effect on the relationship between market breakthrough leading path and catching-up performance. The paper also bears important managerial implications for catching up path choice of latecomer firms entering into strategic emerging industries.
