基于苏通长江大桥施工过程及临时荷载分布,建立全桥空间有限元模型计算了施工全过程中结构的非线性稳定安全系数并分析了失稳模态,分析结果表明苏通长汀大桥非线性稳定性随施工过程呈平稳下降趋势,以组合失稳为主要失稳模态。此外,研究了临时墩位置、非线性因素、破断斜拉索拆除时机、斜拉索承载能力、考虑混凝土开裂及钢筋作用、横向风荷载和纵向摩阻力等影响因素与旃工过程中结构非线性稳定性之间的关系,结果昆示各因素对结构稳定性的影响规律并不一致,其结果可供同类型其他斜拉桥施工过程稳定性分析参考。
Based on the construction process and the distribution of temporary load, a fi~ll-bridge spatial finite element model is established for calculating the nonlinear stability safety factors and analyzing the instability mode during the whole construction process. Results show that the nonlinear stability has a smooth decreasing tendency with the combined instability as the main instability mode. Additionally, the relationship between the nonlinear stability and some influential factors including position of temporary piers, non-linear factors, demolition time of broken cables, bearing capacity of cable, concrete crack and steel effect, across-wind load, longitudinal friction force is studied. Results further show that the influential law of each factor to the structural stability is different, and they can provide reference for the stability analysis of the same type of cable-stayed bridges under construction.
