自噬(autophagy)是继坏死和凋亡后发现的第3种细胞死亡形式,与疾病的发生息息相关,是目前细胞领域研究的热点之一.自噬是指细胞在自噬相关基因(autophagy-related gene,Atg)的调控下利用溶酶体/液泡降解自身受损的细胞器和大分子物质的过程,在进化过程中有高度的保守性.本文就目前小自噬(microautophagy)的研究近况作一综述.
Autophagy has been originally described as a key process which balances the survival and death of cells by regulating the proliferation. It is already known that macroautophagy, microautophagy and chaperone - mediated autophagy are the 3 subtypes. In this paper, we attempt to summarize the recent information about microautophagy.
