硬件以WTBK16、WaveBook/512和笔记本电脑为基础,利用图形化编程语言DasyLab设计了16通道应力应变虚拟测试系统,在模型铲刀表面法向压力测试试验中成功替代了传统的应力应变测试系统,并在数据的实时显示、实时存储、存储格式、数据处理及回放等方面明显优于传统应力应变测试系统,体现了其较高的性价比。
Based on data logging hardware of WBK16.WaveBook/512 and notebook computer, the 16-channel stress-strain virtual measuring system was designed by graphical programming language DasyLab. It was successfully substituted for the stress-strain traditional test system on the experime'nt of normal pressure to the model blade surface. The stress-strain virtual test system indicates more merits than the stress-strain traditional test system on many aspects including data real-time display, data real-time storage, data memory format, and data processing and replay. It shows much higher ratio of performance to price.
