主要考察了中性木聚糖酶预处理过程中酶用量对聚木糖、木素溶出规律的影响,并比较了不同酶用量和有效氯用量下助漂效果。结果显示木聚糖酶预处理能有效地提高桉木硫酸盐浆的可漂性。在DQP漂白前使用10IU/g的木聚糖酶进行处理,可提高纸浆白度5.5%ISO,而在相同总有效氯的D0EPD1漂白前进行酶处理,可提高纸浆白度7.0%ISO。若以80%ISO为目标白度,使用5 IU/g的木聚糖酶进行预处理可节省至少33%的总有效氯用量。
This study investigates the effect of enzyme dosage on the dissolution regular pattern of xylan and lignin in the neutral xylanase pretreatment process and compares the bleaching effect under different dosages of total active chlorine.The results indicate that xylanase pretreatment can effectively improve the bleaching of eucalyptus kraft pulp.In DQP bleaching process,the brightness of pulp can be increased by 5.5 %ISO as using 10 IU/g xylanase.However in D0EPD1 process,the pulp brightness can be increased by 7.0 %ISO as using the same total active chlorine.To achieve a final brightness of 80 %ISO,5 IU/g of xylanase pretreatment can save at least 33% of the total active chlorine dosage.
