优选三元复合驱注入段塞组合参数的新方法

根据大庆油田实际开发特点建立了理想地质模型,通过数值模拟方法分析主段塞、副段塞、前置段塞和后置段塞的碱、表面活性剂和聚合物三元复合体系化学剂含量、段塞大小等共12个因素对采收率增幅的影响规律,用多元非线性混合回归方法求得采收率公式,并利用函数最优值理论求得最大采收率及对应各个段塞因素的数值。研究结果表明:12个段塞因素与采收率呈现非线性关系,由此得出二次多元非线性回归公式,用函数最优值法求得的最大采收率为66.525%。用数学方法形成了一套三元复合驱前置段塞、主段塞、副段塞、保护段塞化学剂大小、化学剂配方优选方法,对三元复合驱数值模拟应用性研究具有重要意义。

英文摘要:

According to the actual development features of Daqing Oilfield, the ideal model was established. With the help of the numerical simulating method, the influence laws of 12 factors to the enhanced degree of the oil re- covery were analyzed, in detail, the factors are classified into the contents and slug sizes for the ASP flooding with main slug, deputy slug, pre-slug and sub-slug, the recovery formula was obtained by multivariate nonlinear mixed regression method, and moreover with the help of function optimal value theory, the maximal recovery factor and corresponding values of each slug size were achieved. The achievements show that there are the nonlinear relation- ships between the 12 slug factors and recovery factors, therefore the secondary multivariate nonlinear regression for- mula can be presented, and then by means of function optimal value method, the maximum recovery factor is up to 66. 525%. A set of the optimizing method was established for the slug sizes and chemical agent formula of the pre- slug, main slug, vice slug and protecting slug. These achievements possess important significance for the applica- tion study of the numerical simulation of the ASP flooding.
