生物陶瓷在人体组织、器官替换,修复及功能完善等生物医疗领域具有广泛的应用,但由于陶瓷材料的高硬度和高脆性,使得它的加工相比金属就困难许多,而且直接将其用于人体需要高的表面质量。文章采用正交试验设计方法对生物陶瓷曲面进行磨料水射流抛光实验,通过对实验数据的极差分析和方差分析找到抛光的最佳工艺参数组合,并探讨影响抛光工件表面粗糙度的三个主要工艺参数与生物陶瓷表面质量之间的关系。最后建立了生物陶瓷表面粗糙度的预测模型,并通过实验进行了验证。
Bioceramics has wide application in human tissues and organs to replace, repair and functional biological medical field, but because of the brittle properties of ceramic materials, ceramic processing is much more difficult than metal processing, but also directly be nsed for the surface of the human body need high quality. Experimental study of bio-ceramic abrasive water jet polishing surfaces by using orthogonal design method, range analysis and variance analysis by a combination of experimental data to find the optimum combination of parameters polished, and investigate the relationship between the biological ceramic surface quality and the three main process parameters which influence the surface roughness. Finally, establish a b/o-ceramic surface roughness prediction model and experimentally verified.
