在轻量化的设计中,如何在满足机械性能的前提下减轻结构质量是一个关键的研究点。为了快速便捷地减轻结构质量,现提出6种不同的单元网格构型,从中筛选出4种相对较优的结构进行有限元分析和实验验证,计算比较它们之间的耐受力大小芙系,将其与结构的应力区间相匹配。实例中的单元网格填充横梁相对原有的实心横梁在质量上减轻了36%,陔研究为轻量化中的单元网格填充设计提供更加准确的依据。
In the design of lightweight, how to reduce the weight of structure under the premise of meeting the mechanical properties is a key research point. In order to reduce the structural weight quickly and easily, six different lattice structures were proposed, from which four kinds of relatively better structures were selected to be analyzed with finite element method and confirmed by experiments. Then the tolerance size among different lattice structures was calculated and compared to matching the structure of the sh'ess range. In the example, the quality of the beam filled with lattice cells reduced by 36%, which was relative to the lightweight.
