为了分析室内车辙试验与实际沥青路面结构受力状态的相似性,基于相似理论采用有限元数值模拟的方法建立了室内车辙试验改进模型.首先,应用相似理论推导出沥青路面结构和车辙试验改进模型各参量间的相似关系;其次,选用3种典型的路面结构,利用有限元软件ABAQUS进行数值模拟,得出这3种结构在双轮荷载作用下的荷载影响范围,进而应用相似理论得出路面全结构的车辙试验模型尺寸,应用力学响应等效,最终确定复合板结构车辙试验改进模型的所有参数并进行车辙试验验证了改进模型的正确性.
To analyze the similarity of stress state between rutting test and asphalt pavement, finite element simulation was carried out to modify the rutting test model based on similarity theory. Firstly, the relationship between structure of asphalt pavement and parameters of the modified rutting test model was deduced through similarity theory. Then the affected areas for three typical pavement structure under loading of wheel load were obtained by finite element simulation with ABAQUS, and the model size of the entire structure was achieved by dint of similarity theory. According to the principle of mechanical response equivalency, parameters of indoor rutting test model for the multiple board structure were determined, and the correctness of multiple board rutting model was verified by rutting test.
